Since prehistoric times, the labyrinth has been a sacred path of meditation that confers real benefits to body and soul. It has been found in all religious traditions in various forms around the world.
A labyrinth is not a maze in which we become confused and lost, but a metaphor for the spiritual journey that we are all on as we search for the center and meaning of our lives.
Located in Pacifica, California, St. Edmund's labyrinth offers you a tranquil space to enact that journey. Individuals and groups are welcome. There is no admission fee but any donation, however small, is very appreciated.
